Siteliner is a trademark owned by Indigo Stream Technologies Ltd. used to identify services provided by this site. No license whatsoever is granted to a User under this trademark. These services enable Users to analyze the content on their website and are for informational purposes only.

Indigo Stream Technologies Ltd. is not affiliated with any governmental or regulatory agencies. Information provided on this Site to Users is not legal advice and has no legal effect. Such information is not intended for, nor permitted to be used by persons, who are not Users.

Non-Exclusive License

Indigo Stream Technologies Ltd. hereby grants to the User a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Siteliner service to analyze websites which are owned by the User, or whose owners have given the User explicit permission to analyze using this site. No other licenses are granted hereby and all other rights are expressly reserved to Indigo Stream Technologies Ltd. This license is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this document. This license may be revoked at any time at the unfettered discretion of Indigo Stream Technologies Ltd.

This license may not be used for any purpose whatsoever which is unlawful under the laws of the jurisdiction governing the User or this site.

The license is for a single user at any given time. Automated querying of this site is strictly prohibited.

The license may be revoked unilaterally and without prior notice for any reason, including a User attempt to circumvent technological measures employed to control access to or operation of the site or provision of the services. Revocation is in addition to any other remedy available under law.

Privacy Policy

Indigo Stream Technologies Ltd. respects the privacy of its Users and takes the privacy of all user information very seriously. If a User chooses to contact us through the site, the User’s email address will be used exclusively by Indigo Stream for responding to that message and, if requested, sending updates about the services provided by this site. The User’s email address will not be given or sold to any third parties.

Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

For various reasons, there may be delays, omissions or other inaccuracies or defects in the services and the information provided thereby. The services and all information are provided “as is”. Any use of the services and the information provided thereby is entirely at the User’s risk.

NEITHER INDIGO STREAM TECHNOLOGIES LTD., NOR ITS AFFILIATES, THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, THIRD PARTY CONTENT SUPPLIERS OR LICENSORS, HEREINAFTER THE “PROVIDERS”, WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, CURRENTNESS, RELEVANCE, NONINFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF THE SERVICES OR THE INFORMATION PROVIDED TO THE USER. THE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO THE USER OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURY CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY THEIR NEGLIGENCE OR BY CONTINGENCIES BEYOND THEIR CONTROL IN PROCURING, COMPILING, INTERPRETING, REPORTING OR DELIVERING THE SERVICES OR ANY INFORMATION. IN NO EVENT WILL THE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE TO THE USER OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY FOR ANY DECISION MADE OR ACTION TAKEN BY A USER OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY IN RELIANCE ON SUCH INFORMATION, WHETHER OR NOT THE PROVIDERS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

THE USER AGREES THAT THE LIABILITY OF THE PROVIDERS, IF ANY, ARISING OUT OF ANY KIND OF LEGAL CLAIM, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE SERVICES OR THE INFORMATION SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID TO INDIGO STREAM FOR THE USE OF SUCH SERVICES IN THE SIX MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO SUCH CLAIM.

THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY APPLIES TO ANY DAMAGE OR INJURY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THAT CAUSED BY ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, COMPUTER VIRUS, COMMUNICATION LINE FAILURE, THEFT, DESTRUCTION OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, ALTERATION OF OR USE OF ANY INFORMATION. USER SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT PROVIDERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DEFAMATORY OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS OR THIRD PARTIES AND THAT THE RISK OF DAMAGES OR INJURY RESULTING FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH THE USER.

USER AGREES TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE PROVIDERS FROM AND AGAINST ALL CLAIMS AND EXPENSES, INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE SERVICES AND THE INFORMATION PROVIDED THEREBY BY USER OR THROUGH THE USER’S ACCOUNT.

Fees and Payments

Indigo Stream outsources all online payment processing to WorldPay or PayPal. Indigo Stream does not have access to credit card numbers and certain other payment information submitted to WorldPay or PayPal as a result of the online payment process. You agree to provide WorldPay or PayPal with a valid credit card and accurate, complete and updated information required by the payment form. Failure to comply may result in the immediate termination of Services. If you want to designate a different credit card or there is a change in credit card validity or expiration date, you must modify your credit card details at the WorldPay Shopper Management System, at http://www.worldpay.com/shopper/, or through the PayPal site.

If you believe someone has accessed the Services using your username and password without your authorization, you must inform Indigo Stream via the technical support page at http://www.siteliner.com/support. You must contact Indigo Stream via the technical support page at http://www.siteliner.com/support about any billing problems or discrepancies within 60 days after they first appear on your account statement. If you do not bring them to Indigo Stream's attention within 60 days, you agree that you waive your right to dispute such problems or discrepancies.

You also are responsible for any fees or charges incurred to access the Services through an Internet access provider or other third party service. YOU, AND NOT INDIGO STREAM, ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY AMOUNTS BILLED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD BY A THIRD PARTY, WHICH WERE NOT AUTHORIZED BY YOU.

Your Right to Cancel Services

If you wish to cancel services that you have already paid for, you must contact Indigo Stream on-line at http://www.siteliner.com/support. If you have purchased Siteliner credits, and you cancel within seven days of purchase, you have the right to receive a full refund of your purchase fee, in accordance with EU E-commerce regulations. If you have purchased credits, and you cancel at any time after the seven day period, you will not receive a refund. In the event you cancel after the seven day period, and you are not eligible for a refund under the terms of this Agreement, you will still receive access to the Services for the balance of that period for which you have paid. Other than as explicitly set forth in this Agreement, all payments are non-refundable. All service periods begin the day you order the Services (and such day is included in the calculation of the termination periods). All cancellation dates will be the date that your cancellation notice is received. You understand and agree that cancellation of your service is your sole right and remedy with respect to any dispute with Indigo Stream. This includes, but is not limited to, any dispute related to, or arising out of: (1) any term of this Agreement or the enforcement or application of this Agreement; (2) any policy or practice of Indigo Stream, including any Indigo Stream Privacy Policy, or Indigo Stream's enforcement or application of these policies; (3) the content available through the Services or the Internet or any change in content provided through the Service; (4) your ability to access and/or use the Services; (5) the amount or type of fees, applicable taxes, billing methods, or any change to the fees, applicable taxes, or billing methods.

Copyright and Limitations on Use

Only one individual may access the Services during a specific time using the same username or password, unless otherwise agreed by Indigo Stream. The content available through the Services is the property of Indigo Stream and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not attempt to, in conjunction with, any device, software program or service, circumvent technological measures employed to control access to, or the rights in the Services. In addition to any other remedies available in equity or law to Indigo Stream, failure to comply with any of the terms and conditions in this agreement shall immediately terminate this Agreement and your ability to use the Services.

The Services include information, facts, views, opinions and recommendations. Indigo Stream does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of, or otherwise endorse this information or these facts, views, opinions and recommendations.

IF YOU ARE USING A THIRD PARTY'S SOFTWARE TO RECEIVE THE SERVICES, THE USE OF SUCH SOFTWARE WILL BE GOVERNED BY THE LICENSING AGREEMENT ACCOMPANYING SUCH SOFTWARE. Any personal information you provide to such third party in connection with your use of their software is governed by that third party's privacy policy and terms of use.

Siteliner and Siteliner Premium are copyrights of Indigo Stream Technologies, Ltd. All rights reserved. Indigo Stream actively protects all trademarks of Indigo Stream Technologies or its affiliates. All other trademarks appearing on Services are the property of their respective owners.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information. You are responsible for all activities that occur in your account and you agree to notify Indigo Stream immediately of any unauthorized account use. Indigo Stream is not responsible in any way for any loss that you may incur as a result of any unauthorized use of your user account and password. You may not use the Services for any unlawful purpose or for any purpose other than as expressly authorized herein. Indigo Stream may discontinue, terminate or change the Services, or its availability to you, at any time, and you may always terminate your Service at any time. You may only receive the Services if you are a paying user in good standing with a valid, authorized credit card on file with WorldPay or PayPal, or if you are in the trial period of the Services. Except as expressly provided herein, all payments are completely non-refundable. If Indigo Stream terminates or discontinues your Services with cause (for example, due to your breach of this Agreement), you will not receive any refund or partial refund for any charges already billed to your account, and Indigo Stream reserves all other rights available to it for such breach. This Agreement is personal to you, and you may not assign your rights or obligations to anyone. The terms and conditions contained in this Agreement may not be modified by you except in a writing duly signed by you and an authorized representative of Indigo Stream. If any provision in this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. This Agreement, your rights and obligations, and all actions contemplated by this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Gibraltar, as if the Agreement was a contract wholly entered into and wholly performed within Gibraltar. This Agreement will not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
